On January 29, 2009, John J. Halloran, Jr. was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Historical Society of the Courts of the State of New York. The Historical Society has been established to document and preserve the legal history of the State of New York, and to create a public record of the people and events that have shaped New York’s jurisprudence.
